Yes, during the shoot of a scene for a movie named Coolie, on 26 July 1982, Amitabh Bachchan injured badly. In that scene, he was accidentally hit by a table’s corner on his abdomen and suffer from an intestinal injury for many months.
Due to this accident, he loses a sufficient amount of blood and immediately hospitalized. The situation at that time had very serious for Amitabh Sir but, Thanks to God, that he comes out on the mouth of Death safely.
After some months he again starts acting and completed that movie “Coolie”
The scene when he is injured is kept always frozen for a while, during the movie with a caption, “Amitabh was injured during this scene”
